Extreme Precision provides services from prototype to production of CNC milled and CNC turned precision machined components for the aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.

Our design and engineering experience and ability to produce complex parts makes us experts in our field.

We can fabricate from blue prints, 2D or 3D computer models, or from a sample part using Mastercam, Solid Works, and Catia.

Extreme Precision has been working internationally through our home base in Southern California for over 17 years, and have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and on time delivery with flawless attention to detail.

We regularly work with a wide variety of materials including: aluminum, aluminum bronze, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, plastic, copper, and castings.

Our quality department is approved by major contractors and operates to standards set forth in AS9100, ISO 9001.

All equipment is maintained, calibrated, and certified by independent sources to meet the exacting needs deemed necessary to meet customer requirements.
